You’ve heard the expression “A tired dog is a good dog.” In most cases, it’s true. Dogs need more exercise than you do (and neither of you will get enough by simply fetching the paper each morning.) In fact, most healthy dogs under the age of 3 need at least two hours of aerobic exercise each day. We have over 10,000 square feet of space specifically engineered for dogs at play, and highly trained, energetic staff who make sure each dog not only has a good time, but also socializes appropriately and releases excess energy that can contribute to bad behavior at home.

A Special, Half-Day Training and Exercise Program for Puppies
Are you going crazy dealing with your puppy's non-stop energy? Are you
looking for more safe situations in which to socialize your puppy? Does
your puppy need more assistance with potty training and impulse control?
If so, this special opportunity may be just right for you! Riverdog's
Puppy KinderPlay is offered twice per week, and includes: supervised
free-play with other puppies, group training exercises, potty training, rest &
quiet periods.
All puppies need an extraordinary amount of supervision, exercise and
management. Sometimes it can be overwhelming, given our busy lives and
schedules. At Riverdog, we LOVE puppies, and we enjoy providing ways to
support puppy owners in every way possible, especially in the early stages of
puppy development. Puppy KinderPlay will not only provide you a twice
weekly opportunity to help your puppy socialize with other people and puppies,
but will also help your puppy develop good manners and play habits. We
offer it on Mondays and Fridays - days where we can dedicate an entire wing of
our facility, and our most senior C.A.M.P. Counselors - to ensure that your
puppy is in a healthy and enriched environment.

Day C.A.M.P.
Exceptional Full Day Play & Exercise Program for Dogs
Day C.A.M.P. is available to all breeds of well-mannered, sociable dogs who love to romp and play with other dogs. Your dog's day is filled with fun and exercise, along with spoiling and attention, in a structured environment that doesn't 'undo' all the training you've done with your pet. Each dog receives Lap Time, Nap Time, and Biscuit Time with an experienced C.A.M.P. Counselor, along with many hours of Play Time with other dogs in our large indoor and outdoor exercise yards. Group 'Sits' and 'Waits' are featured attractions throughout the day, so not only is your pet getting physical exercise - he/she is getting relaxations and mental workouts as well!
Reservations
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best care, a reservation
is the best way we can guarantee space for your pet in our busy daycare.
It's easy to make your reservation. Tell us which days you would like to
reserve and bring your dog in on those days. If your schedule changes,
that's okay - simply call us 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel your
pet's stay for that day.

Not every dog is comfortable in the high energy environment of doggie daycare. In order to be sure that our Day C.A.M.P. is the right environment for your dog, and that our fencing can safely contain your dog, we require that all of our potential Day C.A.M.P. clients visit us for a one day trial. Enrollment is easy, and consists of three steps:
