Local In-Home Hospice Support for Pets

I met a very nice and interesting gal at the dog park recently - Michelle Nichols, MS. She runs a practice called Partners To The Bridge (www.PartnersToTheBridge.com) which provides home visits, hospice, caregiving, and emotional support to families who desire the best quality end-of-life experience for their beloved pet. Nearly all of us will eventually face the loss, planned or unplanned, of our best animal friends. I think its pretty cool that we have this local resource available to help with the transition.
