Its Karelian Bear Dog Day at Kids C.A.M.P.!

Riverdog proudly supports our own nationally recognized Karelian Bear Dog Team from the Department of Fish and Wildlife. We were honored that Officers Bruce and Chris came to Riverdog today with two working KBDs, Mishka and Savute, to make a special presentation our Kids CAMP kids! Check out the photo gallery to see how the KBDs caught and trapped a "bear" who was getting into the garbage...and how our awesome Kids CAMPers helped haze the "bear" safely upon his release, to ensure that he would not come back around garbage and people anymore! All of us in Kids CAMP today learned about the Karelian Bear Dog Team's mission: to protect people and wildlife! Go KBD Team!!!
